THHN-THWN -THW-TW(Nylon sheathed PVC construction wire) meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM, IEC, DIN, BS, AS, CSA, NFC, SS and other international standards. In addition, we accept OEM services to meet your special requirements.

Applications:

1.THHN/THWN/THW/TW cables are intended for general purpose applications as defined in the National Electrical Code (NEC). The THHN-WN -2 cable allows for new construction or rewiring in 60 volt applications. A THHN or THWN type application is required.

A. THHN wire: single or stranded wire with flame retardant and heat resistant thermoplastic insulation, covered with extruded nylon or similar material. Wire rated temperature is 90℃, dry only. THHN cable can also be used for machine tools, control circuits or some electrical wiring.

B. THWN wire: it is a single conductor with flame retardant, moisture proof and heat resistant thermoplastic insulation, the outer sheath is extruded nylon or similar material. Wire rated at 75℃ wet or dry. THWN cables are commonly used for installation in conduits, machine tools, control circuits, or other general purpose wiring.

C. HTW Wire -- indicates a single conductor with flame retardant, moisture proof, heat resistant thermoplastic insulation. Wire rated at 75℃ wet or dry. THW cables and wires are commonly used for building wiring, feeders and branches, and internal secondary industrial power distribution.

D. Twwire -- represents a single conductor with flame retardant, moisture resistant thermoplastic insulation. Wire rated at 60℃ wet or dry. TW cables and wires are generally used for building wiring, feeders and branches, and internal secondary industrial distribution.

Features:
